Hyperlocal (Ingredients): We ship perishable ingredients and raw materials near to our or third-party only (via local partners like Dunzo/Porter).
Pan-India (Tools/Appliances): Non-perishable tools and equipment are shipped across India.

B. Processing Time

Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day.
Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.
Delays: Processing may take longer during festive seasons or sales.

C. Delivery Estimates

Local (near to our or third-party) : 1-2 Business Days.
Metro Cities: 3-5 Business Days.
Rest of India: 5-7 Business Days.

D. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the parcel and the destination pin code.

E. Damages in Transit

We take great care in packing delicate items (like glass essence bottles or ceramic moulds). However, if a package arrives visibly damaged:

Do not accept the package from the courier if the box is crushed or open.
If accepted, please record an unboxing video. This is mandatory to claim a refund for missing or damaged items.
