Welcome to BB Bake-n-Cook Classes (hereinafter referred to as "the Website" or "the Platform"). By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

A. General Terms

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to transact on this platform. Minors (under 18) may only use the services under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Sharing of accounts (e.g., one person buying a "Lifetime" course and sharing the password with friends) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.

B. Educational Services (Online & Offline)

  1. Lifetime Access Definition: "Lifetime Access" for recorded courses refers to the lifespan of the specific course availability on our platform. If we discontinue a course, we will provide a 30-day notice for you to download any downloadable resources.

  2. Code of Conduct (Live Classes): During live sessions (Zoom/Teams), we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior. BB Bake-n-Cook Classes reserves the right to remove any participant violating these rules without a refund.

  3. In-Studio Safety & Waiver of Liability:

    • By attending an in-studio workshop at our designated venues, you acknowledge that culinary activities involve inherent risks (e.g., sharp knives, open flames, hot surfaces).

    • Waiver: You voluntarily release BB Bake-n-Cook Classes, its instructors, and employees from any liability for injuries (cuts, burns, slips) or allergic reactions sustained during the class, provided reasonable safety measures were followed by the staff.

  4. Allergies: It is the student's responsibility to disclose all food allergies prior to the class. While we try to accommodate, our kitchen processes nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

C. Intellectual Property

  1. Copyright: All course materials, videos, recipes, PDFs, and curriculum designs are the exclusive intellectual property of BB Bake-n-Cook Classes.

  2. Usage Rights: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not download (unless permitted), redistribute, resell, or publicly display our videos or recipe notes.

D. E-Commerce (Tools & Ingredients)

  1. Product Descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, colors of tools or packaging of ingredients may vary slightly from the images shown on the website due to screen settings or manufacturer updates.

  2. Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order

E. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
