REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: October 26, 2023

We strive to provide the best culinary experience. However, given the diverse nature of our offerings (Digital, Service, and Physical Goods), our refund policies vary by category.

A. Online Recorded Courses (Lifetime Access)

  • Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of these products, we generally do not offer refunds once the course has been accessed or any materials have been downloaded.

  • Exception: If you face a technical error that prevents you from accessing the content and our support team cannot fix it within 7 days, a full refund will be issued.

B. Live & In-Studio Workshops

  • Cancellations by You:

    • 72 Hours Prior: 80% Refund (minus payment gateway charges).

    • 24-72 Hours Prior: 50% Refund or Transfer to a future batch.

    • Less than 24 Hours / No Show: No Refund.

  • Cancellations by Us: If we cancel a workshop due to instructor illness or unforeseen events, you will receive a 100% refund or a free allotment to the next batch.

C. Physical Products (E-Commerce)

  1. Perishable Goods (Raw Materials, Edible Ingredients)

    • Policy: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on food items (chocolate, flour, essence, etc.) once delivered.

    • Damaged/Expired Items: If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or expired, please email us photos within 24 hours of delivery at mohinig83@gmail.com. We will issue a replacement or a store credit.

  2. Non-Perishable Goods (Tools, Tackles, Appliances)

  • Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact. Used bakeware & cookware cannot be returned due to hygiene standards.

  • Defective Appliances: Electronic appliances (mixers, ovens) are covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty. In case of defects, we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer's service centre. If a product arrives dead-on-arrival (DOA), we will replace it immediately.

D. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days back to the original source of payment (Credit Card/UPI/Bank Transfer).
